工作职责：

Job Summary:
We are seeking a positive, self-motivated, and results-oriented professional to lead our freight forwarding and logistics operations in South Korea. As the Country Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, cultivating client relationships, expanding vendor partnerships, and ensuring long-term business sustainability. You will report directly to the General Manager for the International Division based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain communication with key clients and service vendors to ensure seamless shipment arrangements.
2. Develop a robust vendor pool to enhance service coverage and drive cost efficiency improvements.
3. Strategically expand the customer base to ensure the sustainability of freight forwarding and logistics operations.
4. Retain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service standards and a customer-focused mindset.
5. Coordinate daily operations with Singapore Regional HQ, the China team, and other subsidiaries.
6. Prepare and present weekly reports to the regional and global leadership teams.
7. Manage shipping documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international freight forwarding and logistics.

Location and Travel:
This role is based in Seoul, South Korea, and requires travel within the country to oversee operations and strengthen client and vendor relationships.
Reporting Structure:
The Country Manager will report to the General Manager for the International Division, headquartered in Singapore.
